    • NCC: Keough, Allar continue top-ranked reign
      Luke Keough (Sandwich, Mass./UnitedHealthcare) and Erica Allar (Tucson, Ariz./Colavita-Fine Cooking) tightened their respective grips on the menandrsquo;s and womenandrsquo;s USA Cycling National Criterium Calendar (NCC) standings following the Intelligentsia Cup Prairie State Cycling Series in Lake Bluff, Ill., on July 19.
    • Devo Wrap: Guarnier cruises to fifth at BeNe Tour
      In a successful week for the USA Cycling National Development Program, Megan Guarnier posted a fifth-place finish at the BeNe Tour in Belgium, July 19-20, to lead the way for U.S. riders at the two-day competition.
    • Inaugural Team USA Gran Fondo slated for Sept. 7 in Ogden
      On Sunday, September 7, USA Cycling will be hosting the inaugural Team USA Gran Fondo at the2014 USA Cycling Masters Road National Championshipsin Odgen, Utah.

     *   Pre - Season Training:  Preseason Winter Training rides a.k.a. "Deathblow" with over 600 miles of riding in just 6 days.
     *   Tue/Thu Worlds:  Continuation of the great tradition of training in Tues/Thu "Worlds" NOTE THIS IS NOT a Team LaS'port sponsored ride.  We meet other riders for a fast "tough as nails" ride with State, Regional and Nationally rated/winning riders.
     *   Access to Team LaS'port Group Email:  The group email gives all members access to group ride information, upcoming race information, for-sale items and in short, cycling related items primarily pertaining to racing.
     *   Team LaS'port Kit:  A new kit each year for Team LaS'port Members only.  1 Kit order per year - per member is required.
     *   Race Updates:  We use our email resources to update our members in a systematic way on all races including our team members.
     *   Race Planning:  We are very proactive in helping our members with race planning and announcing well in advance races the team will support and compete.
     *   Monthly Paced Ride:  Monthly group ride with a set pace - to encourage participation by new members who want to get started, but just aren't sure about getting "dropped."
     *   Race / Auxiliary Training Clinics:  We hope to have some formal and informal clinics throughout the year to encourage participation in supported events.
     *   Rocky Mount Race:  Our Team sponsored race just gets bigger and better every year.
     *   Race Incentives:  New for 2013 is a Race Incentive Program where members are reimbursed registration and travel costs for competing.
     *   15% to 20% store discounts to Sportspectrum, New Balance Store, and Bikes etc.  Also, use of certain shop tools for specific or non-standard projects.
